We are an IT services organization, offering voice based solutions to large corporates. Our corporate office is located in Newjersey, while our offhsore development centre is in India. We are in the process of looking out for PR firms to build our brand in the target geographical areas. I would like to know as to what should i be looking for as the criteria to select such a firm. Since we have two offices, obvioulsy i think the PR firm too, should have office in both the places, but i may be wrong. Is there any standard process to select a PR firm? and what are the other tasks which should be expected of them? Thanks to all in advance for the help.
