I wish to thank all of you who have taken their time to post in this topic and I truly appreciate all the views that have been posted good, bad, advices etc etc.
I wouild honestly like to mention that I have also learned from the various viewpoints and have acted accordingly ensuring that the project is not off our hands due to constraints that are already visible to you.
Here is what I did and for all you need to know :
1. In order to give a transperency to the client, and our sincerety and commitment to the project, we made it clear to the client that we will be taking up a contact center on dry lease and invited the client down to India.
2. We finalized a dry lease of an existing call center and took thier help in our recruitments, as they already had a captive database. We also took their help in establishing our operations like, food, transport etc.
3. We took photographs of the new location which was a pretty impressive one and sent to the client to keep their confidence going and convinced the client to depute a professional trainer from UK so that there are no loopholes in our training.
4. In order to achieve the above we gave the client a frank reply considering a month's time. Which to our surprise the client agreed. WE had to take this risk, as because we felt that if the client agrees, then there is no problem with the faith that he is putting in us by thus giving all of us a moral boost.
Now,
The Center is ready and the recruitments are also almost over.
The trainer is reaching India on Jan 2nd.
AND OUR CAMPAIGN SHOULD GO LIVE BY JAN 30TH.
You see many of your viewpoints here were very vital for us to take an approach where we could achieve our goal.
Finally, according to me there is a saying : NO RISK NO GAME" !! AND Entrepueneurship is a matter of risk, guts and ability to perform and succeed under the most unsual circumstances. Only then you are called an entrepeuneur.
So folks, thans again, and I will be stopping this thread now after about a week.
