Yes, we have recently started using VoIP and Virtual dialler solutions. It works!! and works very well. We have had success. However the I cannot share the tech.info on an open forum.

It certainly is worth the effort.

VoIP hosted Solution scalable up to 96+ seats and under.  [10/12/2003 23:46:19]

Mr. Prakash, I work with a company called Sigmaworx, Inc located in Davenport, IA.

VoIP does save alot more expenses vs. an IPLC configuration and there is no noticable difference in voice quality.

an IPLC may cost $10,000 per month depending upon the amount of bandwidth.

The VoIP solution is very cost effective since there is only the ISP and equipment. Anybody interested in more info, I would be happy to share with anybody interested concerning the costs, technology, the different hosted models, and implementation.
