Hi! Kamaron,

Could give you an idea about the Salary Band to expect
But I need to know
a)Your Role in the new start-up in India?
b)Size and Type of Org.(Type . I mean whether it is a 100% subsidary of the Foreign Org. or is it JV between Foreign and Indian Org.)?
c)where in India will you be based?
d)will your Salary be a mix of Foreign and Indian currency or otherwise?

Hi! Kamaron,

If it is a 100% subsidiary of a US based Co. Sal Range cud be b/w 22 Lacs to 35 Lacs per annum (Indian Currency)..... If it is a JV set-up b/w India and US ...typically Sal Range cud be between 15 Lacs to 25 Lacs per annum (Indian Currency)...when I say Salary I mean Cost to Company.

Call Centers are the booming sector in India as of now..and is also expected to grow consistently in the near future.
As in your case you need to analyse as to what Role you are in currently and your achievements thereon... visa-vis the kind of Opportunity you've been offered....(Opportunities carries a bit of Risk element too!!!!)

You need to be sure of the Group starting the Call Center in Delhi, India. The Group starting the Call Center in India needs to carry a Good Track record with them.
There are many Call Centers being started in India specially in Delhi and Mumbai, so do a research on the Group starting the Call Center and thereon you could arrive at a decision.

All the Best!!!!
