We will shortly be redesigning the chatroom side of the site anyway, and some kind of visual indicator is going to be incorporated, you can be sure of that.
In the meantime, we realise it's not perfect (especially as the 'users in chatroom' list seems to still be buggy) but organised chat discussions at a given time, e.g. Voice Time (i.e. GMT) (and some sort of indicator within 'Voice to indicate what time 'Voice thinks it is) would be a reasonable workaround.
The new chatroom won't happen for a couple of months, however, as other areas of our organisation are soaking up our resources right now, but a better looking, faster and more fully featured CallCentreVoice is in the pipeline for late summer or early autumn.
For now, however, I'm in the middle of clearing my home prior to having redecorations and then selling, so that has my personal priority for the moment. However, I'll still be popping in at least once a day to check you're all behaving yourselves :-)
