CallCentreVoice continues to grow well, and we think we've reinforced our reputation as the best place for unbiased call centre and customer service discussion, but in order to continue to grow, we want to attract more members.
New members bring new questions, ideas and experience; they help us keep the discussion fresh and interesting, and can help provide alternative viewpoints and approaches to the issues that affect us all on a daily basis.
As you might already be aware, CallCentreVoice is run on a fairly small operating budget, so we generally don't advertise because to do so would increase those operating costs and perhaps require cutbacks elsewhere.
So we rely on our members to help us continue to develop this community, your community.
If you know anyone who might benefit from being a member, please tell them to join us. Everyone is welcome, regardless of location, position, experience or any other 'demographic'.
You might already have noticed the 'Invite' button on the forums page - this was introduced to make it easier for you to invite your friends and acquaintances. Please help us by using it responsibly.
