I Would like to know with technical jargows as to how does a predictive dialer works?

Hi

Predictive Dialler (PD)works on algorithms...It identifies Faxes, Answering Machines, OI's and eliminates these calls from reaching your agents. There are various accuracy levels you can set in these diallers.

Thanks a lot for your response .I Would really appreciate it if i could also get some internet sites or name of some books where i can find more information about predictive dialers .
