Could someone tell me what are the average rates per minute for inbound and outbound calling that centers in India are paying?

The rates vary...You need to negotiate with your service provider based on volume that you commit. I have known rates as low as 1.5 cent/min. And this rate is not for VOIP lines.

I have many clients requesting per min or per transaction basis. I normally charge 12 to 15 dollars per hour for voice based services. From that, I divide by 60 mins and then multiple 1.50 to 1.75. I am expecting or assuming that I will utilize my agents for at least 40 mins of that hour.

Hi,

For Telemarketing/outbound the rates are like $9 per hour.

For inbound also you will get the same rate.

For inbound it is based on per call sometimes.

It is like $0.90 for a 5 minute inbound call.

This include toll free number charges also.
