We need to address adherance in our call centre. An option is to get the Q-max 'bolt on' which I saw at the Call Centre Expo last year. Trouble is I havn't heard much about it since. Does anyone out there have this installed?
Is it easy to use / integrate with ACD systems? Alternativly, are there other products for adherance that are compatable with Q max so it can report on the adherance to the Q max schedule?
