Keeping in mind that you are working on a Predictive Dialer, what is the Percentage of Answering machines should one expect to be thrown to the agents?

Any figures on this would help.

It depends on

a) Your target list, business or commercial, type of cosumers, affluence, town or city.
b) Whether your predictive dialler recognises digital answer machines and screens them out or not.
c) If you include fax machines.
d) The country you are calling; the UK and America quite high, Poland quite low.
