which is the best dialer to use that works off of an internet real time database? I need to find one i can integrate with my lead generation and management system so i can track base leads along with appoitments and sales?
Also would it be possible to route the dialer itself through my website then connect into phones at the actual call centers so the dialer is actually dialing on the web and directing calls to center?
