What can be the expected SPH on a Mortgage Lead generation Campaign?

Would anyone have some general industry standard figures on the above for a mini-apps as leads?

Consider Mortgage campaign as filler program only (12 to 15 Seats) not as main stream campaign. This campaign is doing between 0.4 SPH to 0.6 SPH in India.

I think with the kinda scenario in India,a SPH of 1.2-1.5 is fair enough and achievable easily provided effort are out in to achieve the desired level of SPH.This is a common problem with Indian call centers to expect too much without putting in efforts to acehieve the expected.Thanx

Seems that you are running mortgage campaigns and interested to know more about it.Well, The mortgage SPH can be better attained by using purchased calling lists which enables you to get more connects and inturn gets you more call to sales ratio.I have experienced this in many of the campaigns.It would rather be more appropirate to spend some money on getting quality calling lists inspite of wasting the other costly resources.So if you are running a mortgage program,just try purchasing lists from the list brokers,there are many in India I guess.
That is the best way to increase the SPH I think.

First of all let me apologize for the delay in response..... Was out of town on Business Travel!!

YEs.....!!! I Agree with you that the Success of a CAMPAIGN depends on the QUALITY of the calling lists that you use for the same. We are very proud to be associated with one of Nations TOP Mortgage Companies for Loan Origination and Lead genration appointment setting! The calling names is not much of af an issue here .... as the company we work with brings to table the experience of operating at over a 100 different locations and are getting the calling leads from the right source, however we do try different sources on the other small accounts that we have. Over the period of time we have achieved remarkable results and are concentrating on it as a whole!

As a matter of fact I had also tried List brokers from India on our other campaigns, however did not have much luck on that! We would be happy to try a few if you would like to recommend a relaible source! Our clients would generally want us to focus on the SUB Prime market.

As a result of excellent performance, one of our clients has also outsourced one of their other processes to our center, its quite a learning experince for the team here! This Industry is HOT and it is REAL EXCITING!!! With all that ENERGY Flowing to implement these campaigns!

Hi again! As suggested we did try using a new file last week, we requested the client to work on the parameters and the filters when choosing a lead file and as a result.... we did see a Increase in the LPH (Lead per hour ratio)

Doing very well on the campaign with a average of 0.45 to 0.55, our clinets are really Impressed!

Happy to know about your achievements.I think we are utilising this forum at the best of it's purpose.I will soon get you more contacts to spurce your leads from India which inturn will be a cheaper option I think. They are good people and have quality lists. I would advice you to try their lists once. I am in proces of trying to speak with them. I am sure that sourcing lists from them will still increase your performance. Best wishes and do well ...the LPH percentage can still go up.Keep in touch

Hi All,

Specifically after the mortgage campaigns being done in many offshore call centers... the competition is rising...... reducing the cost per lead for the end client. We have these large corporations setting up their won facilities in India as a solution.

In the recent past I have noticed that some Domestic (US) telemarketing companies are very close to the price of what Offshore centers have to offer.

Any thoughts on how do these centers manage this keeping in mind cost of operation and the minimum wage standard in the US????

Would appreciate if someone would like to throw some light on this
