Well, we're approaching the 250 member mark as I write this, and I can no longer keep track of who is from where. Just for the record, it would be smashing if you could reply to this topic and let everyone know whereabouts in this big world you are.

I'll start. I (and the rest of the CallCentreVoice team) am located in the central belt of Scotland, UK. Edinburgh, to be precise. In a few days, the infamous festival begins, and the city gets overtaken with tourists - good for the local economy, a bit of a bind for getting a taxi, however...

My company is located in Reston, Virgina, however, I am located in Wisconsin. The weather here has been very hotand very, very humid. However, I am not complaining because in just a few short months--the snow will fly again!

Hi, I'm a new boy on this forum block. I'm in Portsmouth, on the south coast of England, currently basking in beautiful weather (I know that because if I stand up and peer across all the little desk partitions, I can just see out of the windows about 60feet away!)

I work in a Call Centre in Croydon just South of London 10 minutes from central London and Gatwick airport by train. Which is handy !!

Saw your ditty re the membership...that is good news, the more the merrier.

Where do we come from and who are we. Well, IOTA is a new call centre providing outsourcing solutions to customers. We are located in the sunny and warm (yes believe it) south east of Ireland just up the road from the world renowned Waterford crystal. There is no festival here at the moment but we make our own music, the guinness is great and its easy to get a taxi!

I feel that I'm coming to this particular topic a little late, but what the hey?

I'm from Bewdley in Worcestershire and I'm a freelance trainer who is struggling to leave the shackles of technical training behind her and get into the wonderful world of communications/soft skills training.

I recently ruptured my Achilles tendon in a step class (I know, no one to blame but myself according to my husband!) and am currently hobbling around on crutches with one leg in plaster (the family hasnamed the plaster "Shirley" on account of it's outrageous pink colour - my 10 year old son's choice).

But the fine weather we're having means that I can justifiably have a vodka and bitter lemon out on the patio (never mind that it takes me about 20 minutes to hobble out there without falling over!)

I'd also like to say that I think this site is fantastic and have made a habit of visiting it every day.

Old in this domain but new to this forum, seems we have a cool lot here, and surely very many very soon. I am Ajai Raina from India, based in Mumbai.

Currently we are having our best season which is the monsoons, and hereit really pours, its really fun hope all of you could maybe experience and enjoy this beautiful weather and its charm in India, maybe I'll send the photographs.

We have distributed centres in India, and are looking at getting business from the international market, if any of your companies are looking at shifting their additional business to India, we could talk and maybe do a jv jointly.

Interesting site, good people was late in getting here but will now keep regularly in touch and will be around, do communicate.
