I am a recent convert to this site and am another Aussie to join the fold.

I am an ex-call center professional (John pls do not notice this !) and should have been writing this "where are you from" a year back. However, I might be back to the booming industry soon, which is the reason I am here.

I have recently switched hemispheres - having migrated from India (Delhi) to Australia. I am currently based in Melbourne as a Quality Analyst.
