	Hi everyone. We will be moving the CallCentreVoice servers into a new rack on Friday 20th July at around 3pm (GMT). Therefore, this site will be unavailable between that time and approximately 4pm. We're doing this to enhance our reliability and to facilitate future expansion. It's for your own good, you know ;-) We realise that, with a global site such as this, there is no 'ideal' downtime, so we apologise in advance for this temporary blip! Best wishes, keep postin'...
