has anyone out there been involved in the development of Siebel SmartScripts. I'm looking for some feedback on practical experience, ease of use, user friendliness, turnaround time for developing and implementing
More importantly how effective were the scripts post implementation
What other tools are there out there that maybe as good as, if not better than Siebel's offering, or does the industry generally go for ondesk material?
