Inability to support more than 20 connections with dialer or the switch  [13/6/2002 20:20:00]

I have implemented an EIS dialer, TSAPI(A Lucent switch) and Devocs dialer. Everything is
working fine but with a big flaw. Instead of the system to support for 600 connections it is suporting
only 15 connections and hence we donot know what is the problem. Any one can help out witth this.

Now I don't understand. You have 2 different dialers. Which one is the one having the trouble?

Who are you maintained by.

Why do you have 2 dialers.

Have you got the license keys to unlook more positions.
