I have implemented an EIS dialer, TSAPI(A Lucent switch) and Devocs dialer. Everything is working fine but with a big flaw. Instead of the system to support for 600 connections it is suporting only 15 connections and hence we donot know what is the problem. Any one can help out witth this. /Sharat

Who are you maintained by. Why do you have 2 dialers. Have you got the license keys to unlook more positions. You need to speak to your maintainers about this, if you still have trouble I can help email me at tricky1602@hotmail.com. Cheers Jason
