Hope this brings a smile to someone's day...
This is a true story. While managing a call center, one of my agents starting laughing uncontrollably on the phone.
At the end of the call he told us this story...
One of our field technicians responded to a call assigned to him. The customer was having problems doing a print screen.
The technician visited the customer site and investigated the problem but could not find any. Finally the lady who reported the problem returned from her break and met up with the technician to explain the situation.
The technician advised her that he could not find any problem with the print screen as reported.
He asked her to show him what how she was attempting to do a printscreen so that he could further analyses the problem.
She then proceeded to take a piece of paper, held it to the monitor screen and then pressed "Print Screen"... She flipped the page over and said, "There you go, I'm not crazy, it won't do a screen print"!!!!!
How annoying some customers may be, some of them truly make us laugh :-)
