I particlary like 'hoochie mamma', although my 'boss man' doesn't seem to see the funny side!

I have to ask, were these supplied by the customers, or did this come from an outbound campaign?

I expect mostly outbound.

The majority are abbreviations gone wrong or agents trying to add notes in the wrong place.

The stupid ones(such as GOD)were probably said by the customer as an attempt of sarcastic humour fed up with telesales calls, we have now readdressed this issue with agents not qualifying data enough.

Still worthy of the christmas party though, I'm now applying for the position of Ass Analyst, sounds an interesting role.

One of these came up after someone accidentally almost called me 'Computer Geek'. He managed to stop himself after the G... So he had to come up with something better to say.
