HI,
I am hoping someone can help me find answers to a couple of question.I would like to know the average salries the following professionals recieve in India.An Approximation would also help.
General salaries of people in a Call Center:
. Agent
. Team Leader
. Supervisor
. Contact Center Manager
. IT support
. Trainer
. Project Manager
. HR person
. Financial person
. Clerical
. Sales

. Churn rate per year
And also general information such as
Working environment:
. Amount of hours in the work week
. Efficiency factor (in western world we take 85%)
. Amount of days public leave per year
. Amount of annual leave days
. Amount of sick leave (on average) per year
. Amount of training days per year (on average) in a Contact/Call Center

Tax
. Corporate tax rate

Am trying to answer some of yr queries and that too - to an approximation
I am sure you'll soon get many other accurate responses (hopefully from HR guys)

(All figs in Indian Rupees p.a)
Agent 90-120 K
. Team Leader 175 - 250k
. Supervisor usually the same as team leader
. Contact Center Manager 350-800k (depending on exp and level)
. IT support 300 k+(not very sure)
. Trainer (start) 250 K - 350 K
. Project Manager 700 - 1000 K
. HR person (starter) 250 K+
. Financial person (not sure would also vary too much by level))
. Clerical (not sure)
. Sales (Business Development manager) 800 K+

. Churn rate per year approx 25-30 %
And also general information such as
Working environment:
. Amount of hours in the work week 40 hrs paid
. Efficiency factor (in western world we take 85%) what is this ??
. Amount of days public leave per year approx 12
. Amount of annual leave days 20
. Amount of sick leave (on average) per year 10 (not sure)
. Amount of training days per year (on average) in a Contact/Call Center
7 days
Tax
. Corporate tax rate (not sure)

I am given an assignment to find out the average salaries of employees at various levels in the market.
