I am a business analyst in one of my friend's company. As its in a starting phase we are planning to have good customer relationship. So we are planning for small call center to be established in India. The company is located in London.
The plan is to have 3 people in call center. 1 will be handling the inbound calls coming from London and 2 of them will be outbound and they will provide the leads for the sales.
I am really unaware of the procedure and specification needed to establish small in house call center.
