Avaya Dialler PC4  [22/1/2010 16:30:29]

With Avaya PC4, is it true that a job can only be linked to one other job?

By that I mean if job 1 links to job 2, job 2 cannot be linked to job 3 until job 1 completes?

Job linking  [27/1/2010 08:02:12]

Hi Simon,

I've used both PDS12 and PC4.1 and in both these versions you can chain multiple jobs together using job links in Editor. I can't see why PC4.0 would be any different unless it's a bug that needs patched.

Cheers

Job linking  [3/6/2010 11:00:33]

Hi simon

I have used a PC3. if you are using in an outbound only capacity then job linking multiples is fine. If you are using blend, then you should only link one at a time, as your inbound calls will go to any active job whether there is an agent logged in or not.
I had a couple of near OFCOM misses before we realised there was an issue.

Linda
