Avaya Queue to Best  [18/1/2010 22:42:26]


New to Avaya vectoring.

Below our exerts from vector where it considers sites, performs TOD checks and queues to best. After queue to best what would stipulate the vector to go to step 21 - route to 63803?

14 consider location 14 adjust-by 5
15 consider location 19 adjust-by 5
16 goto step 18 if service-hours not-in table 76
17 consider location 7 adjust-by 5
18 goto step 20 if time-of-day is all 08:00 to all 10:00
19 consider location 6 adjust-by 5
20 queue-to best
21 route-to number 63803 with cov n if unconditionally
