Hello all,
I am new to the Davox community, so please spare me the flames if I ask something basic. Every morning our new leads (customers phone numbers) are loaded up to our Davox system from our SQL database for dialing that day. A couple times a day, after a call is hung up, the disposition code we get from the dialer is e but our SQL database gets something different like NI (not interested)for instance. Our SQL database does not purge the leads untill 12:00am the following morning. Therefore the dialer redials the same number at a different time the same day rather than removing the number from the campaign. How do I correct this issue?
I believe it has to do with the 2nd pass filter but am not sure.
