Spanish Contact Centre Technical Specialists  [10/3/2006 11:02:39]

Hi,

I am looking to enage with Technical Call Centre specialists based in Spain.
Particularly, individuals who have experience working with Contact Centre applications such as WFM, VoIP, Voice Recording and ACD integration experience.

Any suggestions of particular companies or individuals I can speak to would be appreciated.

Hi, I work for Transcom, one of Europe's largest call centre providers. We have 6 operations in Spain [Barcelona x 2,Madrid x 2, Seville & Leon.
