Types of Outbound Projects  [28/10/2004 08:45:53]

Hi,

Im doin a project and i need to know the various types of outbound projects that there can be....eg: financial outbound project or telecom outbound project. Is there any predetermined classification? If yes then how are outbound projects classified?

There are many different types of outbound campaigning.
-fundraising
-bill collections
-retail promotion
-insurance
-political
-new customer calls
-existing customer
etc...

Classification can be based on industry, type of dialler, for profit, not-for profit...and so on
