Hello Every body

I am on teh verge of starting a Green Belt program for a particular process improvement.

i was interested if any one could provide me with a template that i could use to track the effectiveness of my effort, and not make me loose track. I am looking in specific to a template which would outline the entire DMAIC methodology (something i could fill in and be on track during the entire course of this effort)

Hi Pushkar,
More than any templates you would probably need a core team of people with preferably cross functional understanding of the various departments/competencies to help you come out with an effective implementation of the template. We are in the process of a similar kind of program to improve productivity and have just covered the measure phase

Excuse my ingorance, but I would have thought the black belt in charge of the project would be more than happy to tell you if your loosing track.
