Kay, can you give me an idea of exactly what you are looking for. Is it scripting software, backend CRM, inbound call answering, outbound dialing, number of agents etc, do you need postcode software etc.

Hi Geoff I'm actually looking to possibly form a strategic alliance with a company who have a successful call centre software business. My company (www.collabor8.net) sell a collaborative e-CRM tool for proactively opening web chat conversations with profiled selected surfers. Thanks again for you comments so far. Kay
