Grouping of VDNs  [26/7/2005 19:21:09]

Hi,

I have couple of VDN Designer reports where we enter more than 6 VDNs(might increase depending on need) which are linked to one split/vector.we use these reports on a daily basis.

Is there any possibilty to group all these VDNs under one name and use that group name to pull data. I'm looking for something similar to agent groups where we can group some number of agents pull data for all of them with the GROUP name.

Thanks
Madhav

Sorry for not mentioning the application. I'm using AVAYA CMS Supervisor 11.

Grouping of VDN's  [27/7/2005 16:59:59]

Hi,

You can create an agent group and put VDN's in it. I would suggest calling the agent group VDN xxx to differentiate it from your existing agent groups.
