I was wondering if anybody else has any experience in linking Blue Pumpkin to a Cisco Intelligent Call Manager (ICM)? These systems have been installed recently in our operation and having done some comparitive analysis between the ICM, Blue Pumpkin, and our Rockwell ACD's, we have found that the call and agent statistics vary hugely bewtween the systems.
I am interested to see if anybody else has these sytems linked, and if so, are you using Blue Pumpkin Activity Manager? Is ICM capable of feeding all the various sagent statuses sent by the Rockwell to Blue Pumpkin, or does it just see it as logical on or off?
