I have a 24 seat cell center and am presently operating on plain old manual phones. I was wondering if anyone on this site can provide me with a company or persons that have experience with predictive dialers. We've been running on the manual dialers for quite some time now and are looking to either outright purchase or lease a dialer. I'm looking for something that is cost efficient and will be able to expand if I move to a 48 seater. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have a Noble Systems dialer (www.noblesys.com) and it is good, not sure on the pricing and if they are international. Also I know there are alot of soft dialers on the market.

Hi,

It is fairly easy to set up predictive dialer for old type telephone system.

You have 24 seat call center.

So you need 24 port predictive dialer.

First you have to configure a server with 24 port dialer hardware and software.

Then load the telephone numbers into teh database.

The system will dial each number at a time and forward the call to the free agent.

You can keep a database of Do Not Call Number list.
