Out going call list management  [21/6/2001 20:12:58]

Every client every campaign has its list which can either be generated in house or bought to the clients desired target.
How to work that list to get the best penitration for the client is the question here.
I know there is software that helps like dynocall but even with software the input commands are still based on experience and knowledge.
A small thing like not enough termination codes can result in a lot of wasted time or unworked records.
Lets share our methods that work with each other Thanks JM

call list management  [10/7/2001 13:31:06]

Hi Jesse.

Best answer I can come up with is to "know your potential customers" - I am assuming you are asking how to maximise a sales-push and take-up?

If I'm right you need to be able to target the campaign with what the customers need. Maybe if you give me a better idea of what kind of list you wish to make work for you then I can help. Let me know anyways.

List optmization  [8/8/2001 00:36:35]

Are you working a list on a predictive or auto dialer. What operating system and database are you using. There is a company out of the Wahington D.C. area, in MD I believe with software that does automated list optimization by looking at historical occurances by individual, by area code and Nxx. It can sort and stack your lists to optimize "Live" contacts.

If you are interested, email me back and I see if I can find contact information in my database.

technology can help also  [30/8/2001 20:42:04]

Hello,

I may not be reading our question correctly here but I know that the software we provide as part of our predictive dialer solution has numerous reports to analyze list usage and effectiveness. By closely comparing lists, you should be able to determine penetration levels.
