CMS - Dashboard Output

Just wondering given how limited CMS is in its real time outputs, what else do you guys use?


Pro's and Con's of anything you use would be appreciated.

Hi Tim,

I actually use CMS for viewing real-time call centre data as well and, I must say, it works quite well for me. Exactly what kind of date were you trying to view in real-time?
