I'm currently writing a White Paper on call centre locations of companies within the British financial services industry.
You guys seem very knowledgeable on everything to do with call centres so I thought you might be kind enough to offer some of your insight!
I'm particularly interested in whether the following companies have call centres (mainly for customer services, fraud and collections), on-shore UK or off-shore (or both!):
Bank of Scotland
I'd really appreciate any info. you know about call centre locations of any of the above companies.
