Good day to all of you. I'm a new member and researching about Davox Dialing System. I've read some of the forums and I'm very impressed on how you talked about this system.

Although most of the forums that discussed Davox were around 2005, I'm still interested if you can give me some information about this system, anything. Maybe you can give also websites where I can find useful information about it.

My colleague mentioned that this system is used by big collection companies and as a part of that industry, I wanted to enrich my knowledge, especially in dialer management.

Please help me with this and I guarantee you that any help will be greatly appreciated.

Davox was bought by Concerto Software (now Aspect Software) some years ago. Their Unison hard dialler was one of the leading outbound predictive dialling solutions and was (and still is in a lot of cases) used by many of the major financial service houses and collections houses, amongst many others.

The Unison product is now a "signature" product within the Aspect portfolio and the roadmap for the product is limited. The strategic product from Aspect is the Unified IP platform which incorporates many of the best features of the Unison and other "signature" products into a complete multimedia contact centre product.
