Outbound - MOsaix MI Reports  [20/10/2004 13:38:29]

Hi,
Having worked on Davox earlier, I've recently moved into a center which uses Mosaix. Does mosaix have an agent and disposition reporting feature like davox does? Apart from that anybody has any other comparision between features on the two?
