This topic has been created to inform all members (new and established) that at present CallCentreVoice does not permit commercial advertising within the public forums. Any such advertising will be removed as a matter of policy.

We have done this because our original free advertising policy was abused - this site is not about advertising products and services - there are other sites where this is possible, but not here. This site is about sharing information, hints and tips and creating a strong sense of community for professionals working in this industry worldwide.

We shall shortly be reviewing how we can address the obvious demand for promoting products and services in such a way as to have minimal negative impact on the core fora. Such advertising will be free to Gold level members, and very inexpensive for our Silver level members. For conventional (free) members we may offer advertising opportunities for a small fee per advert.

In the meantime, we strongly discourage advertising in this community.

As moderators, our job is not always straightforward and as a predominantly free resource space and bandwidth is at a premium, so to maintain the high standards of this community it is important for all new members to read and adhere to our advertising policy.

We will quarantine or even delete any topics or replies which we feel run against our policy.
