It has been a long time since i have entered this forum. Its good to be back among the knowledgeable people and big time think tanks of the call center Industry.

We are a New Delhi based company and have got the marketing right to market the Lead Generation campaign for a US based company in INDIA. This US company is also giving the option to new startups for giving the outbound calling technology i.e. IPLC Connectivity / Gateway / Predictive Dialer / ACD / CRM on a rental basis. However in this the local loop charges are to be borne by the call centers. Any call center based in India interested in undertaking the campaign can reach us for further details.

However coming to the topic of outbound calling technology, we are looking for a viable option of VOIP outbound calling technology as we find the outbound calling from India to US & UK are much higher.

However our US Company has been graceful in giving us the option / flexibility of going for any other viable option to market their campaign to startups not having any outbound technology and hence we are looking for one. The reason for looking for complete VoIP Solution over existing offer through IPLC is more apparent due to the reason that we ourselves are going to start the same campaign that we are marketing and hence we are looking for a very viable option to our existing offer through IPLC.

What is being provided to us by our US Party are the IPLC Link/ Predictive Dialer/CRM/ACD for a particular cost on a per hour per agent basis which we feel is on a higher side.

Hence what we require is from ISP's to answer is
01. Detailed costing for IPLC Connectivity for small modal of 14 computers together with PSTN COnnectivity including predictive Dialers / CRM/ACD.

02. Detailed solution of the above with VoIP and the costing of the entire solution for VoIP right from Gateway / smart dialers / CRM etc. to replace the IPLC Solution and yet prove economical in terms of costing and quality at par with IPLC and make my call center working more viable.

We sincerly look for the detailed reply for our better understanding as we can go on business terms with the company offering the best solution at the most ecomomical price.
