We've finally got round to phasing in our profile editor, which will allow you to change your email addresses, URL, etc. and see what you've posted and what we display to other members when they wish to view your profile.
In addition, and by popular request, we've provided a Unified Topic View, which displays topics in a number of different orders regardless of which forum they were originally posted to - think of this as an 'at a glance' list of the 'Voice content. Initial testing has shown it to be rather slow on regular modems, so in the next day or two we will release a revision which pages the topics in groups of 50. This new view compliments all of your favourite views, including the most recent posts view and popular topics view, both of which have been extended to show the last/top 20 topics.
In the very near future, we will extend the profile section so that you can manage your email notifications for topics which you are interested in. As an option, you'll also be able to rate yourself or your company on our skills/interest matrix so that members will be able to perform a search to find members with experience of, or a willingness to help with, specific technology, methods and industry sectors. Thiswill help us toward our goal of promoting networking between individuals via the 'Voice site. As ever, this will be a free service, and as we grow we hope that your membership here will not only give you access to the best call centre discussion on the internet, but also provide you with a vastly powerful tool to network within this industry.
