Legal Requirements for Voice Recorders in the Financial Market  [3/7/2001 08:59:13]

Does anyone know where I can find information as to when within financial market you should use voice recording, when it is a legal requirement etc etc

I do not know specifically about financial markets but I do know if you are recording telephone conversations you have to comply with Oftel Regulations.
